Brent & Shelley Weeks
Today we pray for our missions partners, Brent and Shelley Weeks who are based in Australia and work to transmit shortwave and radio gospel broadcasts to listeners in the Asia Pacific region. They are sent by SonSet Solutions Canada to serve with Reach Beyond in Australia.
Here is an update and some things they ask us to pray about for them:

For preparations for the wedding of Nelson (our middle son) and Kelly (a lovely Aussie lass) in Melbourne on March 1. Also, for them to find a reasonably priced rental home for them to begin married life in - close to Nelson’s work and the metro train line.

Shelley’s IIH (Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension) that has increased somewhat in the last few months. (She has an appointment at the Eye and Ear Hospital in Melbourne in late February.)

Protection and provision for a program production team in a restricted country that has been experiencing opposition and threats. The person voicing the radio programs has stepped aside for the moment, so new programs can no longer be recorded.

Preparations for the upcoming A25 shortwave broadcast schedule change on March 30, and doing that around time away for Nelson and Kelly’s wedding.

For Brent as he manages ministry and administrative responsibilities as he assists in staff transitions.
