Today we pray for one of our local missions – Camp Imadene. Camp Imadene has been providing Vancouver Island with quality Christian Camping for over 95 years.

Here is an update from them:

We have reached the halfway point of our summer. It appears we will have a record number of summer campers this year. Please pray for the following:

  1. Family camp will begin today. Pray for the families who will attend. There are always a few who come that have no faith connections and this is a great time to interact with Christian families and to hear teaching from God's Word.
  2. Pray for the campers who have returned home from their camping experiences in July. God has done some amazing things in campers' lives. The next big step is for them to connect with a youth group/church/faith community.
  3. Pray for the summer staff. We have 64 here this summer, several from Lambrick Park. They are serving long hours and July has been especially hot. We are blessed to have such a dedicated group of young people.
