This week our missions prayer is for Clayton and Isobel Dougan and their Evangelism and Bible teaching ministry.
Based in Victoria they are an active part of Lambrick Park Church.
Here is an update from them:
For praise:
- For God’s faithfulness over the many years.
- For how the Lord is still using the YouTube messages recorded during Covid (60 of them).
- For individuals who have been in touch speaking of their lives having been impacted through the teaching ministry over the summer.
- For the deep work of the Holy Spirit going on in our personal lives through some of the challenges we have had to face.
For prayer:
- For the full program of preaching planned for the coming Fall and Winter mainly throughout Vancouver Island and on the Lower Mainland.
- For one on one ongoing contact with various people some of whom don’t yet know the Lord. Especially for a Jewish man who keeps reaching out for friendship.
- For ongoing work through Capernwray Harbour Bible Centre (CHBC) on Thetis Island.
- For Isobel’s ongoing health challenges.
