This week, our missions prayer is for Lambrick's English Language Learners (ELL) ministry, which reaches out to those who are new or visiting our community. Here is how we can join them in prayer for the teachers and students who are now meeting weekly via Zoom and In Person.
ELL is in full swing this Fall with classes starting this month. We are pleased to offer 3 classes and a potential for a 4th class to begin in November. Marlene Laird is stepping down from ELL ministry this Fall. We are so thankful for her dedication and commitment to the ELL ministry over the past couple of decades. She will be missed by the students. We are very thankful to have 3 new leaders step forward this Fall.
Tuesday morning in-person – This class started the middle of October with 9 students of varying English proficiency attending. Five students are new to the class and some are very new to Canada.
