The Mustard Seed
Our Missions prayer today is for our local mission, The Mustard Seed, with programs to fight hunger and restore faith to hurting souls in Greater Victoria. They operate Vancouver Island’s largest Food Bank and Food Rescue Project, and offer Family back-to-school and Christmas supports, Hospitality programs, services at Hope Farm Healing Centre as well as Church services.
They have requested our prayer for the following items:

Please, continue to pray for the safety of our Mustard Seed community as we serve, come alongside, and care for one another.

Pray that with the various projects, our focus continues to center on Christ and His heart for us in community; that He would be glorified in and through all.

Please pray for our Hope Farm Healing Centre in the Cowichan Valley. We are in the midst of harvest season with fewer hands; that God would provide for us in this time. Also, that we enter a new time of visioning for the farm's ministries; that we do so with spirit-led discernment, humility, creativity, and trust.

Soon we will be adding another pastor to our team. Please, pray for us as we discern who this is for our community.

As we soon head into 50 years of ministry, Please pray that this moment be one that as we invite our community into celebration, we give God all the thanks and glory for all that He has done.
