This week, we pray for our project in the Sasiga Mid-Highlands in Ethiopia. We have been partnering with Food for the Hungry (FH) in Sasiga since 2005 and continue to work with community and church leaders to improve the lives and living conditions of the community members.
Food for the Hungry reports that in addition to working directly on the project, the FH team have been diligent in reviewing their activities and ensuring that they meet the goals they have established. They were trained in doing evaluations and then went on to evaluate their current work, particularly the education project. The results will be important to the future design of the program.
They ask us to join them in praying for:
- Peace and stability for the country,
- God's protection and Grace for Sasiga project staff, and
- Provision of funds for effective and successful program implementation.
