Aimee & Matt Allen

This week we pray for Matthew and Aimee  Allen who serve in Halifax with InterVarsity Student Ministry.  Aimee has been working with students at Mount Saint Vincent University and Matthew has been at Dalhousie. In addition to their work on campus, they host a community house, living in community with student leaders.

While Matt and Aimee are transitioning away from Lambrick financial support, we will continue to partner with them in prayer and welcome the opportunity to have them with us this Sunday.

Here are some current praise and prayer items:

• We praise God that the LIT (Leaders in Training) Program Matt was participating in at Circle Square Ranch Spruce Woods (an InterVarsity camp in Manitoba) went well and the camp now has 4 new Camp Counsellors to help lead cabins going forward. 
• We pray for wisdom for Matt and Aimee as they look towards the start of the new school year, and plan for outreach events like welcome week worship. 
• We join Matt and Aimee in thanks for and anticipation of the arrival of their first child in December.  We give thanks that they were able to schedule an ultrasound during the short time they are here in BC and pray that it will be done as scheduled.
