This week we pray for Beginning of Life (BoL) – our Missions Partner in Moldova that offers a broad range of programs to Moldovans and Ukrainian refugees – to empower those lacking opportunities by addressing physical, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual needs.

BoL asks us especially to pray for peace in Moldova which will be having run-off Presidential elections on Nov. 3. Pray that the election process will be fair and peaceful.

 We also join them in prayer for the leaders and participants in the following new and continuing programs:

  • In August we began a weekly Urban Youth and Teens Outreach program to serve the teens and share the gospel.  Our 4 teams of volunteers will reach about 250 youth.
  • We began a new season at School for Parents where 80 women are discipled and equipped to be good parents but also good followers of Jesus.
  • God has opened up an unexpected opportunity to equip and strengthen 30 new leaders from Ukrainian refugee churches who are learning to do outreach to neighboring countries.
  • We are offering a restoration and therapy program to Ukrainian refugees to help them start a new life in Moldova.
